A decis\u00e3o foi tomada no Inqu\u00e9rito (INQ) 4831, em que se apuram declara\u00e7\u00f5es feitas pelo ex-ministro S\u00e9rgio Moro acerca de suposta tentativa do presidente Jair Bolsonaro de interferir politicamente na Pol\u00edcia Federal.
