A Advocacia-Geral da Uni\u00e3o (AGU) recorreu, mas a o Tribunal Regional Federal da 3\u00aa Regi\u00e3o (TRF-3), sediado em S\u00e3o Paulo, manteve a determina\u00e7\u00e3o.
