Restou provado que a servidora investigada prestava o seu devido servi\u00e7o, sobrevindo  condena\u00e7\u00e3o que contemplou, t\u00e3o-somente, a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de restitui\u00e7\u00e3o de valores.
