Como a determina\u00e7\u00e3o do Supremo \u00e9 liminar, isto \u00e9, ainda n\u00e3o tem efeito definitivo, o assunto ser\u00e1 analisado e julgado pela Corte no decorrer da a\u00e7\u00e3o que questiona a escolha de Ramagem.
