Consta que ele teria tentado subornar o desembargador Marcos Andr\u00e9 Chut, do TJ do Rio, respons\u00e1vel pelo Plant\u00e3o do Judici\u00e1rio no dia 30 de mar\u00e7o, com a finalidade de &#8220;comprar uma decis\u00e3o&#8221;.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na den\u00fancia, consta que Hor\u00e1rio procurou o desembargador no dia 29 de mar\u00e7o com certa urg\u00eancia. Ele teria afirmado ao magistrado que &#8220;uma pessoa se encontrava presa e disse que ela s\u00f3 dispunha de cento e noventa mil reais para resolver o problema&#8221;.
