A medida faz parte de uma resolu\u00e7\u00e3o da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil em Pernambuco (OAB\/PE), assinada nesta quinta-feira (2) pela diretoria da entidade. O profissional precisa comprovar que foi afetado pela paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades dos poderes judici\u00e1rios estaduais e federais.&nbsp;<br>A OAB destaca que a \u201csitua\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade econ\u00f4mica n\u00e3o se confunde com a moment\u00e2nea diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de rendimentos\u201d da pessoa. O pedido deve ser protocolado \u00e0 Caixa de Assist\u00eancia dos Advogados de Pernambuco (CAAPE), por e-mail ou presencialmente, para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da diretoria da caixa de assist\u00eancia.<br>A resolu\u00e7\u00e3o aprovada nesta quinta imp\u00f5e uma s\u00e9rie de condi\u00e7\u00f5es para o advogado \u201ceconomicamente vulner\u00e1vel\u201d estar apto a receber o aux\u00edlio de R$ 1.000.
