Segundo ele, a sustenta\u00e7\u00e3o oral j\u00e1 se encontrava encerrada, e o momento registrado nas imagens corresponde \u00e0 fase em que a palavra estava com o relator (Confira a nota na \u00edntegra no fim da reportagem).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imagens da sess\u00e3o, transmitida ao vivo pelo YouTube, mostram o momento em que o advogado aparece diante da c\u00e2mera, durante sua manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o aos magistrados. Enquanto apresenta os argumentos em defesa do cliente, ele acende o cigarro e come\u00e7a a fumar, sem interromper a sustenta\u00e7\u00e3o oral. A cena ocorre durante a sess\u00e3o virtual, acompanhada pelos integrantes da C\u00e2mara Criminal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de iniciar a defesa, Graton tamb\u00e9m pediu desculpas por n\u00e3o estar usando beca, vestimenta tradicionalmente utilizada por advogados em julgamentos perante os tribunais. O relator do caso, desembargador Gilberto Giraldelli, recebeu a justificativa de forma cort\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O pedido de pris\u00e3o domiciliar foi rejeitado por unanimidade.
