O colegiado reconheceu falha na presta\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico de sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo os autos, uma mamografia de rotina apontou a exist\u00eancia de um n\u00f3dulo na mama direita. Na rede p\u00fablica, foi indicada a retirada cir\u00fargica da massa sem a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via de exames destinados a confirmar eventual malignidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o procedimento, que resultou na retirada de parte da mama, a an\u00e1lise do material constatou que se tratava de tecido adiposo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relator do recurso, o desembargador Spoladore Dominguez reconheceu o nexo causal entre a falha no atendimento prestado pelos servi\u00e7os vinculados ao Munic\u00edpio e os danos suportados pela paciente.
