Cerca de 8 milh\u00f5es das 10 milh\u00f5es de doses nem sa\u00edram do estoque e foram incineradas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o TCU, a lentid\u00e3o na contrata\u00e7\u00e3o foi a principal causa da perda.
