Para Eduardo Francisco Marcondes, a decis\u00e3o \u201capenas obsta que o apelante, a pretexto de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, invada \u00e1reas restritas sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, com potencial de violar a intimidade de pacientes, desorganizar fluxos cr\u00edticos e expor terceiros.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Completaram a turma de julgamento os desembargadores Elcio Trujillo e Coelho Mendes.
