Secom\/PMI<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Entrou em vigor, nesta segunda-feira (6), a Lei 15.377, que garante aos trabalhadores o direito de se ausentarem do servi\u00e7o por at\u00e9 tr\u00eas dias, a cada 12 meses, para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de exames preventivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nova legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, publicada no DOU (Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o), altera a CLT (Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o das Leis do Trabalho) e estabelece que a folga ocorra sem qualquer preju\u00edzo ao sal\u00e1rio do empregado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A medida foca especificamente na detec\u00e7\u00e3o precoce de doen\u00e7as graves e na conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o sobre imuniza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O texto determina que o benef\u00edcio de aus\u00eancia remunerada \u00e9 v\u00e1lido para exames preventivos de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2ncer de mama;<br>C\u00e2ncer de colo do \u00fatero;<br>C\u00e2ncer de pr\u00f3stata;<br>Papilomav\u00edrus humano (HPV).<\/p><div legisla\u00e7\u00e3o acrescenta o par\u00e1grafo 3\u00ba ao artigo 473 da CLT, refor\u00e7ando que o empregador deve informar o funcion\u00e1rio sobre essa possibilidade de dispensa para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos procedimentos m\u00e9dicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m da concess\u00e3o dos dias de folga, as empresas passam a ter a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de disponibilizar informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre campanhas oficiais de vacina\u00e7\u00e3o e a\u00e7\u00f5es afirmativas de conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o HPV e os c\u00e2nceres mencionados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a justificativa do projeto, a possibilidade de aus\u00eancia para exames \u00e9 uma forma de evitar afastamentos prolongados por problemas de sa\u00fade futuros, atendendo tanto ao interesse do trabalhador quanto ao do empregador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As orienta\u00e7\u00f5es devem seguir as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es do Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade.<br><br><em>Fonte:
