Para o ministro, a Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral sozinha n\u00e3o resolve o problema &#8211; e depende de parcerias com as plataformas da internet para combater as not\u00edcias falsas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A gente at\u00e9 pode conseguir tirar aqui e ali, por decis\u00e3o judicial, informa\u00e7\u00f5es inver\u00eddicas, mas h\u00e1 dois problemas&#8221;, disse o ministro. &#8220;Primeiro, o risco onipresente de censura, que se deve evitar. E, segundo, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 meios materiais nem recursos humanos que consigam correr atr\u00e1s na velocidade necess\u00e1ria. Se na propaganda houver fake news, fica assegurado o direito de resposta ao ofendido.
