O caso ocorreu em Peru\u00edbe (SP) ap\u00f3s discuss\u00e3o sobre um aparelho celular esquecido na ag\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.conjur.com.br\/img\/b\/caixa-090120132.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>Banco pagar\u00e1 indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o a cliente que foi xingado por funcion\u00e1rio<br><sup>Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/sup><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao reparar que havia esquecido o celular no banco, o usu\u00e1rio ligou ao pr\u00f3prio telefone, que foi atendido pelo gerente. Ao avisar que iria buscar o aparelho, foi informado pelo funcion\u00e1rio que o item s\u00f3 poderia ser devolvido na segunda-feira, uma vez que o expediente j\u00e1 havia encerrado. Como a perda ocorreu em uma quinta-feira, o cliente insistiu para ter o celular devolvido e foi ao banco.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao chegar l\u00e1, segundo os autos, foi ofendido com palavras de baixo cal\u00e3o na frente de outras pessoas que estavam no autoatendimento.
