Advogados do Brasil, os Ex-Presidentes do Conselho Federal da OAB, os seus Conselheiros Federais, os Presidentes dos Conselhos Seccionais da OAB e os Presidentes das Comiss\u00f5es Tem\u00e1ticas do Conselho Federal da OAB publicamente manifestam indigna\u00e7\u00e3o e rep\u00fadio ao pedido, formulado por membro do MPF\/DF, de afastamento do advogado Felipe Santa Cruz das fun\u00e7\u00f5es de Presidente do Conselho Federal da OAB.<\/em><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Tal pedido, manifestamente incab\u00edvel, revela grave e perigosa tentativa de usurpar o leg\u00edtimo exerc\u00edcio de uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o de grande magnitude, pois \u00e9 dever institucional da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, sob o comando de seu Presidente legitimamente eleito, a defesa da ordem constitucional, do
