recurso da defesa de Jair Bolsonaro e restabeleceu parte dos benef\u00edcios vital\u00edcios previstos na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o ao ex-presidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No come\u00e7o de dezembro, a justi\u00e7a federal em Minas Gerais, suspendeu a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de servidores, ve\u00edculos oficiais, motoristas e assessores enquanto Bolsonaro estivesse em regime fechado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A desembargadora federal M\u00f4nica Sifuentes considerou que a pris\u00e3o n\u00e3o justifica a suspens\u00e3o do aparato de apoio pessoal a que Bolsonaro tem direito por ser ficou mantida a suspens\u00e3o de dois ve\u00edculos oficiais, com os respectivos motoristas, enquanto o ex-presidente estiver em regime fechado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A decis\u00e3o inicial havia atendido a um pedido do vereador de Belo Horizonte Pedro Rousseff, PT, que alegou que os recursos est\u00e3o sendo investidos em um cen\u00e1rio incompat\u00edvel com a condi\u00e7\u00e3o de
