A decis\u00e3o tem car\u00e1ter preventivo e ocorre no \u00e2mbito de um procedimento preliminar de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, instaurado para apurar o furto de garrafas de champanhe em um supermercado em Blumenau (SC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A informa\u00e7\u00e3o foi confirmada pela CNN junto a fontes do tribunal.
