A v\u00edtima n\u00e3o fazia parte do grupo, mas as mensagens foram \u201cdifundidas no ambiente escolar\u201d e chegaram ao conhecimento dela, de acordo com o processo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A defesa de um dos r\u00e9us alegou que as mensagens foram proferidas \u201cem ambiente estritamente privado\u201d, sem inten\u00e7\u00e3o de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o. O objetivo desta obriga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 \u201crecuperar a sa\u00fade mental da v\u00edtima\u201d e fortalecer sua identidade e dignidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o, nesse patamar, cumpre de modo equilibrado a sua dupla fun\u00e7\u00e3o: compensar a dor da v\u00edtima e afirmar, perante a sociedade, o rep\u00fadio institucional ao racismo.
