Segundo apurou o Poder360, o cerimonial oferecer\u00e1 apenas \u00e1gua e caf\u00e9 aos convidados do evento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fachin substituir\u00e1 Lu\u00eds Roberto Barroso, que assim como ele tem 67 anos, e comandar\u00e1 a Corte pelos pr\u00f3ximos 2 anos, ap\u00f3s elei\u00e7\u00e3o simb\u00f3lica on-line. Alexandre de Moraes, 56 anos, foi eleito vice-presidente. Os 2 receberam 10 de 11 votos poss\u00edveis. Pela tradi\u00e7\u00e3o, nenhum ministro vota em si pr\u00f3prio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conhecido por seu perfil discreto, Fachin rejeitou convites de associa\u00e7\u00f5es do meio jur\u00eddico que pretendiam organizar celebra\u00e7\u00f5es. Natural de Rondinha (RS), \u00e9 doutor em direito pela PUC-SP (Pontif\u00edcia Universidade Cat\u00f3lica de S\u00e3o Paulo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m de presidir o STF, Fachin assumir\u00e1 a lideran\u00e7a do CNJ (Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a), cargo que re\u00fane a representa\u00e7\u00e3o institucional do Judici\u00e1rio.
