Com esse argumento, a Se\u00e7\u00e3o de Diss\u00eddios Coletivos do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho cassou a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conjur.com.br\/2019-nov-23\/tst-acolhe-pedido-petrobras-proibe-greve-petroleiros\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">liminar do ministro Ives Gandra Marins Filho<\/a>&nbsp;que acolhia pedido da Petrobras e impedia a greve dos petroleiros, sob pena de multa di\u00e1ria de R$ 2 milh\u00f5es. Godinho foi acompanhado pelos ministros L\u00e9lio Bentes, K\u00e1tia Arruda e Brito Pereira, presidente do tribunal. Ives, que \u00e9 ex-presidente do TST, foi acompanhado pelos ministros Aloysio Corr\u00eaa da Veiga e Dora Maria da Costa.
