necess\u00e1rias para esclarecer os fatos e a legalidade da doa\u00e7\u00e3o dos terrenos, com autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara Municipal, o que j\u00e1 vem tentando junto a Prefeitura e, desde 11 de setembro de 2019, quando pediu acesso ao procedimento, junto ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, n\u00e3o tendo sido convocado nenhuma vez para se defender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 inconceb\u00edvel que uma pessoa, seguindo todos os mandamentos da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, seja alvo de uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o, mesmo deixando claro que pretendia COLABORAR com a
