De l\u00e1, ele anunciou que pretende denunciar Moraes ao Parlamento Europeu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ex-assessor no per\u00edodo em que Moraes presidiu o TSE, Tagliaferro \u00e9 acusado de viola\u00e7\u00e3o de sigilo funcional, coa\u00e7\u00e3o, obstru\u00e7\u00e3o de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e tentativa de aboli\u00e7\u00e3o violenta do Estado Democr\u00e1tico de Direito.
