A medida busca fomentar a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas do Judici\u00e1rio, utilizando princ\u00edpios de gest\u00e3o participativa e democr\u00e1tica. Ela integra as a\u00e7\u00f5es para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da Estrat\u00e9gia Nacional do Poder Judici\u00e1rio 2015-2020, institu\u00edda pela Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CNJ n. 198, de 1\u00ba de julho de 2014, que iniciou, em maio, a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o das metas para 2020, com a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o do Caderno de Orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para Formula\u00e7\u00e3o das Metas Nacionais para 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os resultados ser\u00e3o apresentados na Reuni\u00e3o Preparat\u00f3ria para o XIII Encontro Nacional do Poder Judici\u00e1rio, ocasi\u00e3o em que ser\u00e3o discutidas as metas do poder para 2020.
