O caso ocorreu, na fila de um trailer de lanches na Avenida Get\u00falio Vargas, na Savassi, regi\u00e3o Centro-Sul da capital mineira. O suspeito abordou os pais da crian\u00e7a, insinuando que o beb\u00ea era falso e que estavam tentando furar a fila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesmo ap\u00f3s os pais confirmarem que o beb\u00ea era real, o homem n\u00e3o se convenceu e desferiu o golpe contra a crian\u00e7a, causando incha\u00e7o na cabe\u00e7a. A delegada de pol\u00edcia ratificou a pris\u00e3o em flagrante por les\u00e3o corporal contra a crian\u00e7a e ap\u00f3s os procedimentos de pol\u00edcia judici\u00e1ria encaminhou o homem ao sistema prisional, onde ele se encontra \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da justi\u00e7a.
