Ap\u00f3s fazer uma pergunta a Rebelo e ser contestado pela defesa do ex-ministro, Gonet, sem perceber que o microfone estava aberto, afirmou que \u201cfez cagada\u201d na pergunta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A situa\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu durante audi\u00eancia que faz parte da a\u00e7\u00e3o penal sobre suposto golpe de Estado, da qual Rebelo participa como testemunha do r\u00e9u Almir Garnier, ex-comandante da Marinha. Gonet perguntou se Rebelo acreditava que, sem ades\u00e3o do Ex\u00e9rcito, a Marinha teria condi\u00e7\u00f5es de promover condi\u00e7\u00f5es de ruptura de normalidade institucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A defesa de Garnier reclamou do que aquela seria uma pergunta opinativa, baseando-se em uma repreens\u00e3o do ministro Alexandre de Moraes contra ele que ocorrera momentos antes, por uma pergunta semelhante. O ministro, ent\u00e3o, solicitou que o procurador refizesse o questionamento. Pensando ter o microfone silenciado, o \u00e1udio de Gonet escapou. \u201cFiz uma cagada\u201d, afirmou o procurador.
