A decis\u00e3o p\u00f5e fim \u00e0 disputa judicial envolvendo o controle do im\u00f3vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O processo judicial vinha sendo disputado entre o AG Hot\u00e9is e o Grupo Ampar, do suplente de senador Andr\u00e9 Amaral.
