Acabou preso em flagrante por corrup\u00e7\u00e3o ativa, desobedi\u00eancia, resist\u00eancia \u00e0 pris\u00e3o e desacato, e foi levado ao Pres\u00eddio Central de Porto Alegre por n\u00e3o ter pago a fian\u00e7a de R$ 10 mil.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O flagrante feito pela Pol\u00edcia Civil ainda ser\u00e1 analisado pela Justi\u00e7a. Ele pode ser homologado ou n\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O incidente ocorreu durante uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o da Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico (SMDE) na Orla de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/gauchazh.clicrbs.com.br\/ultimas-noticias\/tag\/ipanema\/\"><strong>Ipanema<\/strong><\/a>, com apoio da BM. Schunemann estaria com sinais aparentes de embriaguez e, ao ser abordado, teria tentado morder um PM, conforme consta em ocorr\u00eancia. Ele teria se negado a se identificar e ent\u00e3o recebeu voz de pris\u00e3o. A caminho da delegacia, conforme consta da ocorr\u00eancia, teria se identificado como conselheiro do Inter e dito que &#8220;podia acertar ali mesmo&#8221;, pois tinha dinheiro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na 6\u00aa Delegacia da Pol\u00edcia Civil, teria xingado tamb\u00e9m o policial plantonista, segundo est\u00e1 registrado. Indiv\u00edduo se manteve alterado durante toda apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da ocorr\u00eancia, chutando as portas e dando socos nas janelas da DPPA&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ga\u00fachaZH apurou que Schunemann teria alegado que foi agredido por PMs. Na manh\u00e3 deste domingo (24), ele permanecia no Pres\u00eddio Central, conforme informa\u00e7\u00e3o da Superintend\u00eancia dos Servi\u00e7os Penitenci\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O flagrante foi acompanhado por um representante da Defensoria P\u00fablica, conforme a pol\u00edcia, e pela mulher de Schunemann, que n\u00e3o quis falar com Ga\u00fachaZH. Em nota, a Defensoria afirma que prestou atendimento a Schunemann &#8220;e realizou o pedido de liberdade, que deferido pela ju\u00edza de plant\u00e3o horas mais tarde.
