A decis\u00e3o vale para o Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Sergipe (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjse.jus.br\/portal\/\">TJSE<\/a>), mas sinaliza o entendimento do corregedor sobre um tema que atinge todas as cortes do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No \u00faltimo ano, contracheques de magistrados de todo o Brasil t\u00eam sido turbinados em raz\u00e3o do pagamento de adicionais por tempo de servi\u00e7o (ATS). Mais conhecido como quinqu\u00eanio, o ATS corresponde ao aumento autom\u00e1tico de 5% nos sal\u00e1rios a cada cinco anos.
