No entanto, n\u00e3o teve retorno do pedido at\u00e9 que, em setembro daquele ano, se desligou da Pol\u00edcia Militar mineira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por conta disso, foi \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a para receber pec\u00fania equivalente a 180 dias de f\u00e9rias-pr\u00eamio dos quais n\u00e3o fez uso.
