Agora, ele ter\u00e1 o direito de recorrer em liberdade e s\u00f3 vai voltar a cumprir a pena de 8 anos, 10 meses e 20 dias ap\u00f3s o tr\u00e2nsito em julgado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os advogados pediram a soltura do petista depois que o Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF)&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/politica\/noticia\/2019\/11\/07\/por-6-votos-a-5-stf-muda-de-posicao-e-derruba-prisao-apos-condenacao-na-2a-instancia.ghtml\">derrubou a pris\u00e3o ap\u00f3s condena\u00e7\u00e3o em segunda inst\u00e2ncia<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na quinta-feira (7), por 6 votos a 5, o STF mudou um entendimento de 2016 e decidiu que, segundo a Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o, ningu\u00e9m pode ser considerado culpado at\u00e9 o tr\u00e2nsito em julgado (fase em que n\u00e3o cabe mais recurso) e que a execu\u00e7\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria da pena fere o princ\u00edpio da
