Na sess\u00e3o de hoje, ap\u00f3s os votos de C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia a favor e de Gilmar Mendes contra a pris\u00e3o em segunda inst\u00e2ncia, o decano da Corte, ministro Celso de Mello empatou o julgamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Em Seguida, o presidente Dias Toffoli deu o voto decisivo. Ap\u00f3s a mudan\u00e7a de entendimento,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/oglobo.globo.com\/brasil\/lava-jato-quem-pode-ser-solto-apos-decisao-do-stf-derrubar-prisao-em-segunda-instancia-24068167\">38 condenados na Lava-Jato ser\u00e3o beneficiados,\u00a0<\/a>segundo o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal. Entre os que podem ser soltos, est\u00e1 o ex-presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva, preso desde abril do ano passado ap\u00f3s ser condenado em segunda inst\u00e2ncia no caso do tr\u00edplex do Guaruj\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na proclama\u00e7\u00e3o do resultado do julgamento, os ministros do STF decidiram que a liberta\u00e7\u00e3o de r\u00e9us presos por condena\u00e7\u00e3o em segunda inst\u00e2ncia n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 autom\u00e1tica.
