A decis\u00e3o se deu na Reclama\u00e7\u00e3o (RCL) 66.335.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para a maioria dos ministros da 2\u00aa Turma, a decis\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a Trabalhista viola o entendimento firmado pelo pr\u00f3prio STF de que \u00e9 v\u00e1lida a terceiriza\u00e7\u00e3o de atividade-fim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No julgamento, os ministros Gilmar Mendes, Nunes Marques, Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a e Dias Toffoli divergiram do relator, o ministro\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jota.info\/tudo-sobre\/Edson-fachin\">Edson Fachin<\/a>.
