em at\u00e9 72\nhoras na a\u00e7\u00e3o judicial movida pelo Munic\u00edpio de Natal alegando a ilegalidade da\ncria\u00e7\u00e3o do PROEDI, programa de incentivo a ind\u00fastrias e empresas, por meio de\nDecreto do Governo do Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diferentemente da a\u00e7\u00e3o impetrada pelo grupo de munic\u00edpios que pedia a inconstitucionalidade da mat\u00e9ria, julgada improcedente pelo desembargador Saraiva Sobrinho, a a\u00e7\u00e3o da Prefeitura de Natal afirma que o PROEDI teria impacto negativo na receita do Munic\u00edpio, o que n\u00e3o poderia ser criado por meio do
