Dix-Sept Rosado, Anaximandro Rodrigues do Vale Costa (Uni\u00e3o Brasil), mais conhecido como por Anax Vale, que tentava validar os votos nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es para deputado estadual em 2022. Com a decis\u00e3o, o mandato do deputado Ubaldo Fernandes (PSDB) est\u00e1 mantido na Assembleia Legislativa do Rio Grande do Norte. O processo foi votado em sess\u00e3o nesta quinta-feira (16).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O julgamento come\u00e7ou na semana passada, quando a relatora da a\u00e7\u00e3o, ju\u00edza Ne\u00edze Fernandes, deu voto contra o mandado de seguran\u00e7a.
