1\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel&nbsp;de Chapec\u00f3 (SC), ao condenar o aplicativo Tinder a indenizar em R$ 9 mil um homem cuja imagem e nome foram usados em perfil falso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De internet&nbsp;ou empresa demandada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No entanto, considerou que&nbsp;ao ser&nbsp;avisada que algu\u00e9m reproduz conte\u00fado falso com imagens pessoais, \u00e9 esperada a&nbsp;imediata retirada, o que funciona com facilidade em outros conte\u00fados muito menos relevantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na&nbsp;decis\u00e3o, o juiz explica que n\u00e3o se trata de censura&nbsp;a&nbsp;informa\u00e7\u00e3o ou viola\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 liberdade de express\u00e3o, mas sim de viola\u00e7\u00e3o ao direito de imagem individual de um cidad\u00e3o.&nbsp;O n\u00famero
