trabalhadores da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 Augusto que possuem <br> cr\u00e9dito de R$ 71.797,82 a receber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os profissionais ingressaram com uma a\u00e7\u00e3o na Justi\u00e7a do Trabalho, por atrasos salariais, em fevereiro de 1992, por meio do Sindicato dos Servidores da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Indireta do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte (SINAI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em julho de 1992, a a\u00e7\u00e3o foi considerada improcedente e, ap\u00f3s recurso do sindicato, o Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 21\u00aa Regi\u00e3o (TRT-RN) reformou a decis\u00e3o, por unanimidade, cuja senten\u00e7a final data de outubro de 1994.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o pagamento dos trabalhadores beneficiados pela a\u00e7\u00e3o, ainda restam 28 pessoas que t\u00eam direito ao pagamento, mas que ainda n\u00e3o compareceram ao TRT-RN para receber os valores devidos pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 Augusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em caso de falecimento, os dependentes dos profissionais poder\u00e3o
