Ele considerou que j\u00e1 foram juntadas as provas necess\u00e1rias para tomar uma decis\u00e3o e abriu prazo de dois dias para as partes \u2013 o PDT, autor da a\u00e7\u00e3o, e Bolsonaro, acusado de abuso de poder pol\u00edtico \u2013 apresentem suas alega\u00e7\u00f5es finais, na \u00faltima manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o no processo. Depois disso, a Procuradoria Geral Eleitoral ter\u00e1 mais dois dias para apresentar seu parecer sobre o caso. Com isso, Gon\u00e7alves deve elaborar seu voto, e pedir uma data ao presidente do TSE, Alexandre de Moraes, para julgar o caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isso poder\u00e1 acontecer ainda durante o m\u00eas de abril, nove meses ap\u00f3s a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da a\u00e7\u00e3o.
