O Burger King defende que o Madero passe por uma per\u00edcia para comprovar se a empresa pode usar essa qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o em propagandas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O processo foi aberto em 2016 na Justi\u00e7a de S\u00e3o Paulo. O Burger King alegou que o Madero tinha omitido a fonte da suposta pesquisa que comprovaria que a franquia tinha o melhor hamb\u00farguer\u00a0do mundo, e teria de interromper a campanha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em primeira inst\u00e2ncia, o juiz ordenou uma per\u00edcia. O Madero questionou a decis\u00e3o e agora o caso chegou ao STJ.
