A decis\u00e3o foi proferida ap\u00f3s o UOL revelar, nesta sexta-feira, que o presidente da Corte mineira, Arthur Carvalho, estimou em R$ 5 bilh\u00f5es os gastos com verbas como adicional por tempo de servi\u00e7o e quinqu\u00eanios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As verbas s\u00e3o retroativas ao ano de 2006. Uma parte dos pagamentos, considerados &#8220;incontroversos&#8221; pela magistratura mineira, j\u00e1 caiu na conta de ju\u00edzes e desembargadores em 1\u00ba de outubro. O valor n\u00e3o foi informado. Pedido de explica\u00e7\u00e3o. Na decis\u00e3o, Salom\u00e3o ordena que todos os impactos or\u00e7ament\u00e1rios sejam explicados pelo TJ.
