A quest\u00e3o foi decidida durante o julgamento do diss\u00eddio coletivo da\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/exame.abril.com.br\/noticias-sobre\/greves\">greve<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0realizada no m\u00eas passado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pela decis\u00e3o, os ministros da Se\u00e7\u00e3o de Diss\u00eddios Coletivos tamb\u00e9m decidiram que os dias de paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o descontados em tr\u00eas parcelas na folha de pagamento e que as cl\u00e1usulas do acordo coletivo anterior ser\u00e3o mantidas.Tamb\u00e9m foi determinada a exclus\u00e3o dos pais dos funcion\u00e1rios do plano de sa\u00fade, com a exce\u00e7\u00e3o de quem estiver em tratamento m\u00e9dico cont\u00ednuo. A greve n\u00e3o foi considerada ilegal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em nota aos trabalhadores, a Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional dos Tralhadores em Empresas de Correios (Fentect) disse que o reajuste de 3% est\u00e1 pr\u00f3ximo ao \u00edndice de infla\u00e7\u00e3o, mas n\u00e3o repara a perda do \u201cdireito hist\u00f3rico\u201d de manter pais e m\u00e3es no plano de sa\u00fade.
