Decis\u00e3o \u00e9 da desembargadora Marilene Bonzanini do TJ\/RS ao conceder liminar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.globalframe.com.br\/gf_base\/empresas\/MIGA\/imagens\/1E7D1FEBC0F6E5B4CB3F21AB4C3523D0AEC2_tjrs.png\" alt=\"t\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o autor da a\u00e7\u00e3o, depois que o governo Federal promoveu reajuste do subs\u00eddio dos ministros do Supremo, o TJ\/RS, por meio de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m revisou a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o dos desembargadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No entanto, o teto remunerat\u00f3rio n\u00e3o atingiu o funcionalismo estadual, violando o artigo 33 da&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www2.al.rs.gov.br\/dal\/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=WQdIfqNoXO4%3d&amp;tabid=3683&amp;mid=5359\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Estadual<\/a>, que prev\u00ea como limite os subs\u00eddios dos desembargadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao analisar o caso, a desembargadora Marilene Bonzanini concedeu liminar para determinar que o Estado do RS adote como teto remunerat\u00f3rio do funcionalismo estadual&nbsp;corresponde ao subs\u00eddio mensal, em esp\u00e9cie, dos Desembargadores do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a&nbsp;do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, atualmente fixado em R$ 35.462,22 (trinta e cinco mil,quatrocentos e sessenta e dois reais e vinte e dois centavos), conforme Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba&nbsp;05\/2018-OE.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a liminar, o autor da a\u00e7\u00e3o ter\u00e1 acr\u00e9scimo de at\u00e9 16,38% na sua remunera\u00e7\u00e3o, que ser\u00e1 limitada ao novo teto do funcionalismo estadual, fixado pelo subs\u00eddio
