A m\u00e9dia \u00e9 de R$ 15 milh\u00f5es por m\u00eas, em janeiro e fevereiro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este valor corresponde a transfer\u00eancias de recursos do Estado e munic\u00edpios para 410 credores. Os valores serviram para a quita\u00e7\u00e3o de d\u00edvidas referente \u00e0s prioridades, tendo como devedores o Estado e o Munic\u00edpio de Natal.
