\u00c9 inconstitucional norma estadual que assegure a independ\u00eancia funcional a delegados de pol\u00edcia, bem como que atribua \u00e0 pol\u00edcia civil o car\u00e1ter de fun\u00e7\u00e3o essencial ao exerc\u00edcio da jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 defesa da ordem jur\u00eddica \u2013 <strong>ADI 5522\/SP<\/strong>, julgada em 18\/02\/2022.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; S\u00e3o constitucionais as restri\u00e7\u00f5es, previstas na Lei das Elei\u00e7\u00f5es (Lei 9.504\/1997, arts. 43, caput, e 57-C, caput e \u00a7 1\u00ba), \u00e0 veicula\u00e7\u00e3o de propaganda eleitoral em meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o impressos e na internet \u2013 <strong>ADI 6281\/DF<\/strong>, julgada em 16 e 17\/02\/2022.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;
