Este \u00e9 o resultado alcan\u00e7ado pela divis\u00e3o do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (TJRN) respons\u00e1vel pelo segmento, em 2021. E isso, no primeiro ano da atual gest\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio potiguar. Foram destinados R$ 171,6 milh\u00f5es a 2.330 benefici\u00e1rios de d\u00edvidas do Estado, munic\u00edpios e autarquias transitadas em julgado. Foram pagos pela Divis\u00e3o de Precat\u00f3rios do Poder Judici\u00e1rio potiguar R$ 151,3 milh\u00f5es. Isto equivale a 88,17% dos d\u00e9bitos recebidos pelos mais de 2 mil credores. O restante, pouco mais de R$ 20 milh\u00f5es, foi pago pelos munic\u00edpios devedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Em termos de m\u00e9dia mensal, o trabalho realizado pelo juiz auxiliar da Presid\u00eancia do TJRN, Bruno Lacerda, e equipe corresponde a R$ 14,3 milh\u00f5es mensais. Antes deste volume obtido ano passado, o melhor resultado para um primeiro de exerc\u00edcio ocorreu em 2019, com R$ 119,4 milh\u00f5es.<br><br><br>O montante registrado nos \u00faltimos 12 meses tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 o melhor primeiro ano registrado na s\u00e9rie hist\u00f3rica, iniciada em 2013. O total atingiu R$ 16,1 milh\u00f5es.
