A revoga\u00e7\u00e3o de normas operacionais fixadoras de par\u00e2metros mensur\u00e1veis necess\u00e1rios ao cumprimento da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, sem sua substitui\u00e7\u00e3o ou atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o, compromete a observ\u00e2ncia da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal (CF), da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente e de compromissos internacionais \u2013 <strong>ADPF 747\/DF<\/strong> e <strong>ADPF 749\/DF<\/strong>, julgadas em 13\/12\/2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Norma estadual ou municipal n\u00e3o pode conferir a parlamentar, individualmente, o poder de requisitar informa\u00e7\u00f5es ao Poder Executivo \u2013 <strong>ADI 4.700\/DF<\/strong>, julgada em 13\/12\/2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;
