As orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o atendimento e funcionamento do \u00f3rg\u00e3o foram definidas pelo Conselho Superior da Defensoria P\u00fablica e valer\u00e3o para o per\u00edodo entre os dias 20 de dezembro de 2021 e 06 de janeiro de 2022.&nbsp;Durante o per\u00edodo, os atendimentos ser\u00e3o realizados atrav\u00e9s do&nbsp;telefone (84) 99695.8936. Confira&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.defensoria.rn.def.br\/sites\/default\/files\/2021-12\/ESCALA%20DE%20AUDI%C3%8ANCIAS%20DE%20CUST%C3%93DIA%20%20-%20RECESSO%20FORENSE%202021.pdf\">AQUI<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;a escala c\u00edvel e criminal para o per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o plant\u00e3o, os Defensores P\u00fablicos dar\u00e3o prioridade \u00e0s demandas urgentes, tais como: habeas corpus, liberdade provis\u00f3ria, relaxamento de pris\u00e3o e outras medidas acautelat\u00f3rias cab\u00edveis; tutela do direito \u00e0 sa\u00fade; defesa da mulher em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e familiar; relaxamento de pris\u00e3o civil; medidas de garantia da liberdade do adolescente infrator; tutelas provis\u00f3rias antecedentes de urg\u00eancia; tutela do direito da defesa das crian\u00e7as e adolescentes em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de risco; mandado de seguran\u00e7a com pedido de liminar e outras medidas acautelat\u00f3rias cab\u00edveis; alvar\u00e1 para sepultamento e direito a acompanhante no parto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o plant\u00e3o, os n\u00facleos funcionar\u00e3o divididos em oito regi\u00f5es diferentes.
