A proposta abre folga de R$ 91,6 bilh\u00f5es no Or\u00e7amento federal e viabiliza o Aux\u00edlio Brasil. A aprova\u00e7\u00e3o foi por 323 votos a favor e 172 contra, com uma absten\u00e7\u00e3o. Eram necess\u00e1rios pelo menos 308 votos. A PEC ainda ser\u00e1 votada no Senado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precat\u00f3rios s\u00e3o d\u00edvidas do governo com senten\u00e7a judicial definitiva, podendo ser em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a quest\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias, salariais ou qualquer outra causa em que o poder p\u00fablico seja o derrotado.
