O relator do processo \u00e9 o pr\u00f3prio presidente do TJ, Henrique Figueiredo, de acordo com documentos obtidos pelo&nbsp;<strong>UOL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os valores ser\u00e3o retroativos a 2005, mas n\u00e3o se sabe quanto tudo vai custar. Falta ainda a an\u00e1lise de um recurso contra a decis\u00e3o. Depois que ele for julgado, os pagamentos devem come\u00e7ar em tr\u00eas meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A assessoria do TJ do Rio disse ao\u00a0<strong>UOL\u00a0<\/strong>que &#8220;est\u00e1 apenas cumprindo julgados do\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/noticias.uol.com.br\/politica\/stf-supremo-tribunal-federal\/\">STF<\/a>&#8220;. O \u00f3rg\u00e3o afirmou que os valores a serem pagos n\u00e3o v\u00e3o ultrapassar o teto constitucional, ou seja, n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o supersal\u00e1rios.
