Nele, a juiza Emanuelle Pereira contraria o direito do r\u00e9u em ficar em sil\u00eancio parcial durante interrogat\u00f3rio e de forma incisiva contraria os argumentos do advogado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O v\u00eddeo datado de hoje 19 de agosto mostra momentos tensos do di\u00e1logo quando o advogado informa da posi\u00e7\u00e3o do r\u00e9u em s\u00f3 responder as perguntas da defesa seguindo entendimentos dos tribunais superiores, por\u00e9m o direito \u00e9 impedido pela magistrada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O advogado continua argumentando, mas a ju\u00edza volta a falar com tom de voz elevado que n\u00e3o ir\u00e1 permitir que o r\u00e9u responda apenas o que a defesa falar.
