Apesar do n\u00famero alarmante e preocupante de aprisionamento de inocentes, apesar de restar evidente que essa pr\u00e1tica isolada de incrimina\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 ineficaz, ainda \u00e9 aplicado\u201d, diz trecho do post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sales ressaltou que a advocacia criminal se disp\u00f5e diariamente para combater isso, reafirmando que aproveitou esse momento importante [vacina\u00e7\u00e3o contra Covid-19] para chamar aten\u00e7\u00e3o do tema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPrivar a liberdade de um inocente, MATA a dignidade da pessoa humana, MATA toda uma sociedade e o estado democr\u00e1tico de direito.
