A a\u00e7\u00e3o faz refer\u00eancia especificamente a um pedido de impeachment protocolado, em maio de 2020, por entidades da sociedade civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de C\u00e1rmen, o pedido n\u00e3o atende aos requisitos b\u00e1sicos de um mandado de seguran\u00e7a.
